Kartka jest przestrzenna, kombinacja papieru i wycisków z foremek czyli tak jak lubię. 

Z pomocą mostową przyszła mi kolekcja Stamperii Vagabond.

involved in the construction of bridges. Hence the paper elements and quote.

The card is a dimensional mix of paper and mold castings, just the way I like it.

The Stamperia Vagabond collection came in handy with this theme.

Witajcie. Przychodzę z kolejnym projektem dla Retro Kraft Shop. Tym razem dekoracja nieco w stylu Country. Piękny papier od Alchemy of Art skłonił mnie do zrobienia tego małego projektu. Kobiety na tym papierze są przepiękne i można wyczarować z nimi coś pięknego i magicznego.

Hello. I'm coming with another project for Retro Kraft Shop. This time the decoration is a bit in the Country style. A beautiful paper from Alchemy of Art prompted me to do this small project. The women on this paper are beautiful and you can conjure up something beautiful and magical with them.

Art Journal to artystyczny dziennik w którym dajemy wyraz naszym emocjom, dokumentujemy naszą codzienność albo testujemy techniki artystyczne lub media. 

Ja w swoim art journalu postanowiłam przetestować collage medium do naklejania papieru kolażowego i kartek starej książki.

Chciałam  też spróbować stworzyć prosty, graficzny wpis z zastosowaniem stempli, które ostatnio kupiłam. Stemple są nieduże ale mają masę elementów przez co idealnie nadają sie do tworzenia wpisów.

An art journal is an artistic diary in which we express our emotions, document our everyday life or test artistic techniques or media. 

I, in my art journal, decided to test the collage medium of sticking collage paper and the pages of an old book.

I also wanted to try to create a simple, graphic entry by using the stamps I recently bought. The stamps are small but have lots of details, which makes them ideal for creating entries.

Pracę zaczęłam oczywiście od przygotowania materiałów. Pracuję na gotowym art journalu, na którym mogę od razu działać.

I started my work, of course, by preparing my materials. I work on a ready-made art journal on which I can act immediately. 

Zaczynam od naklejenia elementów z papieru kolażowego przy pomocy collage medium marki Ranger o matowym wykończeniu. Medium ma żelową konsystencję i idealnie wtapia papier w bazę.

I start by pasting the collage paper elements using collage medium by Ranger with a matte finish. The medium has a gel-like consistency and blends the paper perfectly into the base.

Ponieważ moja kompozycja jest w poziomie postanowiłam dodać stemple używając ich w pionie co rozciągnęło kompozycję. Polecam Wam ten zestaw ponieważ jest idealny do tworzenia tła.  

As my composition is horizontal I decided to add stamps using them vertically which stretched the composition. I recommend this set to you because it is perfect for creating backgrounds.

Chciałam też sprawdzić jak medium poradzić sobie z kartkami starej książki i dodałam je do kompozycji tworząc nową wypowiedź co okazało się świetną zabawą. 

I also wanted to see how the medium would handle the pages of an old book and added them to the composition to create a new statement which turned out to be great fun

Na koniec całość pochlapałam mgiełką i wpis gotowy.

Finally, I splashed the whole thing with mist and the entry is complete.
